HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
It’s simple to return any unwanted items.
Please email us for the returns address.
On your delivery note, tick the item(s) you want to return. Tell us why you’re returning it using the reason codes provided.
Enclose your delivery note with the item(s) and package up securely, using the original packaging if possible.
Please ensure you handle and repackage the items with care. Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition.
We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service and keeping you proof of postage as we unfortunately can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you change your mind, you can return your items to us, provided:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery or 21 days for International returns.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached.
- Underwear or swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons
- Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
- We reserve the right not to refund you if you've lost your postage tracking receipt.
- We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Return Policy.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
Once your parcel has been signed by our sorting office, it needs to be sorted and re-forwarded before we get an actual hold of your return. Please be patient as this can take up to 20 days to process. From here, we will process your parcel within a few days or notify you that your parcel has been received.
Please allow up to 20 days in total for us to process your refund. We will send you a confirmation e-mail once your return has been processed.
HOW LONG AFTER DELIVERY CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
Returned items must be received within 14-days of receipt for UK orders and within 21-days of receipt for international orders
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside of time frame.
I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT BUT LOST MY DELIVERY NOTE.
Package up your unwanted purchase with a note inside including your name and order number (you’ll find this on your confirmation email).
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items and will be made by us within 20 days we receive items back from you.
If you haven't received a refund and it has been more than 20 days since you posted your returns, then please contact us with a picture of your proof of postage receipt.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS INCORRECT OR FAULTY?
We're really sorry if your item is either incorrect or faulty. Please send us an image so we can look into this & arrange for another one to be sent to you!
*Please contact us as soon as possible or within 7 days of your delivery note. The item must be unworn and unwashed.
