6. REFUND RIGHTS
If you are contracting as a consumer in the UK or the EEA and cancel your order within the Cancellation Period you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products within 14 days ("the Refund Period"). The Refund Period starts from the day after We receive the Products back from you, or (if earlier) the day on which you provide Us with evidence you have returned the Products. Please note we can deduct from your refund for damage or wear and tear where you have used (or excessively handled) the Products and this results in the value of the Products being diminished. Upon request, we may agree to send the Products back to you, at a cost of £4.99 if the Products quantity is 2 or less. Any more will incur extra costs. We will not be liable if the Products sent back to you are delayed or go missing and we can only refund the charge of £4.99 in this case. Refused returns will be held for a maximum of 20 days after the return confirmation e-mail. Past this time, the Products will be cleared out.

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 60 days of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

If an incorrect/incomplete address is supplied by You to Us we are not liable for delivery of the order. The delivery cost will be non-refundable. 12. IMPORT DUTY
If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.
